Spring is here!

We are loving the sunny weather we've had lately! Aunt Katie got Olivia a slide, so much of her time outside is spent climbing up and sliding down. She loves it! We have also been planting flowers all around and Olivia, of course, enjoys helping by shoveling dirt into her bucket. We have gotten a taste of summer and are loving it!

Marcus's birthday trip

The pictures below are from Marcus's birthday. We went to Port Townsend, WA for a day of exploring and fun. It was a wonderful day complete with ferry rides and ice cream! It wasn't without surprises however. The wind was blowing so hard that the captain of the ferry almost stopped sailing for the day. We were so close to having to drive however many hours it would've taken to get back home. Thankfully, God can calm the seas today like He could back in Bible times, and by 6:30 we were all on the ferry headed for home! I think it turned out to be a good birthday for my man. :)

She loves to read! I have to say, Marcus and I are getting a little bored of her favorite books: "Baby Goofy Catches a Fish", "123" and "Baby Animals", but Olivia never tires of them.

A couple of months late... sorry! These are Christmas pictures that I just downloaded today. Maybe next time I won't procrastinate... maybe. Olivia had a great 2nd Christmas and loved trying to unwrap her gifts (and ours!). Thank you to all of our family who sent us gifts or cards. We love you!
